Some Behind the Scenes at the Women’ s Golf Classic

Yesterday the Arts Social Enterprise team was invited to film the 13th Annual Women’s Golf Classic tournament for the Children’s Aid Society. Exciting!

Everyone was asked questions about why they support the Children’s Aid Foundation and how much of a good time they are having at the event!

Here are some behind the scenes!

Deepa Metha is a Canadian film director who is well know on an international level for the trilogy films Water, Fire and Earth (2005).

Vicky Sunohara is a three-time Olympian in Women’s Hockey and is now the head coach for the Women’s league at the University of Toronto.

The crew minus Sarah =)

Elizabeth Manly is a 1988 Canadian Olympic sliver medialist  in the figue skating league.

Google Canada is funding a transmedia project for the youth at UforChange called NewGen. The youth involved are learning how to create a website, produce promotional videos and how to effectively use social media to promote their business ideas.

Anyways…. We went to tour Google’s and Communitech’s head office in Waterloo!
