Daniels Spectrum is excited to announce the launch of the Digital Arts Mentorship Program! They are looking for a youth from Regent Park with an interest in design, photography or animation to take part in this 3 month program. The individual will be mentored by an industry expert who will provide training and guidance in digital design. While working with existing videos and photos to create works of art that will be displayed on the urban screen outside of Daniels Spectrum, they will also have a chance to learn how to create animations from scratch. The youth mentee will receive an honorarium of $1500 for their participation and will work closely with Artscape’s Outreach & Marketing Coordinator, as well as an industry expert.
